Tips Leave long enough flaps of vapour barrier over the base edge. I believed I had, but by the time I 'd folded them back under the wall frames there was insufficient for a consistent seal. It's so hard to get the boards lined up by hand with all the cutting and minor mis-measurements on a construct like this. Utilize the lighter ceiling boards, don't try to cut the big 12mm ones like I did. They weigh 22kg each and when they begin to move out of place from your hands or back hard times.
